1. Shipping Policy
TSAKA is happy to provide standard shipping for all domestic and EU orders. Standard shipping generally arrives in three to five working days. Orders placed before 2 P.M. Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will normally be dispatched the same day.
- Cancellation Policy
If you realise you made a mistake on your order, please reply to your order confirmation email with the correction or request for cancellation using our contact form. Please note that once an order is in shipping status, it may no longer be changed or cancelled.
2. Returns Policy
For hygiene reasons, items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with all seals, packaging intact and unopened. Items must be returned within 7 days of dispatch. Once the returns process is completed we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment. Empty containers will not be accepted for refund. Processing time for returns takes up to 10 business days from the date the return is received.
PLEASE NOTE: Only items purchased on www.tsaka.co.uk will be accepted for a return.
How do I return a product?
Please complete the returns section on the dispatch paperwork you have received with your order. We do not offer a free returns service. We recommend that you post any returns to us using a method with traceable delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any items without proof of posting.
